Medical Donut

I used a medical donut to sit on for months after surgery. It was really helpful for the car and anywhere that I knew would have chairs that were not soft. At home, I didn’t use it much as I usually just stayed in a semi laying position on the couch or bed. I made sure to have places that I knew were gentle enough for the Perineum and that wouldn’t put strain on my incisions. It’s difficult to ensure that when traveling or going public places, so having a donut made those situations less painful and safe.

Inflatable donuts are good for traveling since they can deflate and easily fit into a bag.
